She really went beyond - from scheduling my showings to helping with inspections. She helped coordinate a great network of trustworthy professionals to get my estimates and repairs taken care of.

She sold my parents their home when they moved to Tucson 7 years ago and made such an impression on them at that time that they wanted her to help them again. My parents needed to be quickly moved back home to MN from their home in Tucson which in itself, was a lot of work to pack them up and get them and their belongings back to Minnesota in order to get my father the cancer care he needed. Judy made this transition so much easier by coming over during the short time-frame that we would be in Tucson, and started by walking through the home with us to let us know what needed to be taken care of and having a great list of resources to work with. While we were in MN, she made the contacts with contractors for bids, coordinated workmen visits, went to the HOA on our behalf and took care of EVERYTHING. She kept in constant contact with us to update us on what was happening, coordinated the Title paperwork, advised us on the Power of Attorney needs and was so kind and patient every step of the way.
